Cancellation Policy & Booking procedure:
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax /email.
Beside forfeiture of a minimum charge of Rs 1000 per person following are the cancellation charges
15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
02 Days/No show 100% of tour cost
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest is booked .Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by only A/C payee Cheque.
Booking Request: All booking request for the above packages has to be sent to us only in writing by Email or Fax to our Mumbai Office at the following IDs: firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com
Details Required For Confirmation: Please provide the following details along with your booking request:
a. Package Code and Category.
b. Clients Name.
c. Total No of Pax along with adult sharing the rooms and child without bed.
d. Age & gender of all guest
e. Date of Arrival and Departure.
Re-Confirmation: All bookings has to be reconfirmed with us minimum 07 days prior to the date off arrival along with confirm arrival details, failure in doing the same we will considered as cancellation .
